Passionate about creating a company culture, promoting transparency between upper management and employees: ensuring that employees were working in line with company goals; and promoting motivation and retention of employees.
Created and led a communication plan promoting employee motivation through team building activities, weekly meetings and agendas to ensure there was ample engagement and feedback from employees on the different projects and liaised with the human resource department to assist in the hiring process.
